Sizes are listed on our website according to the information provided by our vendors. Click on the 'Select a Size' menu to view all available sizes. We understand that selecting a size can be difficult at times, which is why we offer the following information to help you make a decision.

Sizing Help

Please note that we do not provide measurements. The most accurate information we can provide you with regarding a product’s size will be in our service and product knowledge. Measurements are not an accurate way of determining fit, as garments vary widely in their cut and structure, particularly amongst different brands.

By trying things on ourselves and having a direct conversation with our clients, our ratio of success in selecting appropriate sizing is higher than measuring. On the product page you can initiate a Sizing Help request by filling in the forms with your information. Our Service team can assist you further within one business day.


You can add and remove products from your Cart before you checkout. Upon checkout, you will be asked to sign into your account. On the checkout page you can enter a new address, or select an address you have previously used. You can also select a shipping method, as well as enter your payment information. When you are ready to place your order, click Confirm Order.

We currently accept payment by all credit cards or debit cards and PayPal.

Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorization on your payment method to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. We will charge the pre-authorization when the order ready for shipment. If the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you before your order is shipped.

Sales Tax

Orders are not subject to any sales tax.

International Duties and Taxes

Deliveries now free of import tax and duties. *Some exclusions apply. 

*Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to the customs clearance process, which are outside of our control. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. We are unable to refund postal costs and import tax/duty that your order may have incurred for returned items. Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional taxation for import to delivery destinations outside the US.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation email after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox.

Please review the order confirmation and contact us if you see any errors. You can also review the details of your order from your Account, under Order History.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to deliver orders quickly and efficiently. Orders are sent to our warehouse frequently throughout the day for quick fulfillment and shipping. Therefore, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been processed.

If you would like to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible via the contact form. We will do everything we can to accommodate your request if your order has not already been processed. Any order cancellation request after the confirmation is submitted to the general rules of our sales conditions. 


Cancellations are not accepted. 

Order Status

Please note that we ask for a standard processing time of up to two business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the time your order is placed. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
